abs Hey guys and gals. Thanks for checking out my short and sweet site on how to get abs fast. My name is Jay Villa and if you’re like me, you want nice lean visible abs that the chicks dig and other guys envy :)

Most of my life I’ve been overweight and it was no fun when you tried to get the ladies to notice you. That caused a problem however because I was young and… I’ll leave the rest out ;)

It all started when I wanted to bulk up and gain some big chunks of muscle because I read that’s what you have to do. Eat like a pig for big muscles. No one told me not to eat junk. I went on a weight gain rampage and ate all the crap I could find. All I wanted was calories.  Did it work? Sure did… in a way. I gained weight but it was all fat. So now the girls didn’t give me the time of day because I was too fat :(

Great. Now what. I was at a crossroads. Do I focus on losing the weight and lose what muscle I thought I had gained or do I just keep the bulk I thought I so desperately wanted but didn’t look too good on me due to my body fat being high.

As fate would have it, I found a great program on how to lose belly fat and my life has changed since. I lost the weight I had gained while learning quite a bit about nutrition and how it affects how you look… especially your abs. The old saying that goes something like “abs are made in the kitchen” is quite accurate. Of course there is some exercising involved.

So anyhow, I got in really good shape pretty quick and although I wasn’t the big bodybuilder looking type I wanted to be, I was still muscular enough to get noticed by the ladies and get some serious six pack abs in the process.

Now the girls don’t just keep walking by. I get second looks, phone numbers and more ;)
